Yes. We make is very easy to cancel at any time. We may ask you why you want to cancel so we can improve Blueprint for our existing / new members. Be warned, Blueprint really isn't something you'll want to cancel. Cancelling means you'll lose access to Mike's private network of investors and wholesalers. You'll also lose access to all the training and exclusive member's area. And you'll lose access to all the private partnerships Mike has created over the years to help you get better leads and close more deals. You won't be able to ask Mike questions 24/7. You'll also have to figure out how to close deals on your own with no help from a mentor. You'll be getting conflicting information on Youtube and you will be stuck in a loop trying to figure out how to make it work. But in short, yes! You can cancel whenever you want. No hard feelings.

Yes! That is the main reason Mike created Blueprint. He wanted to make sure you have all the tools you need to close as many deals as possible. By networking with other wholesalers in the member's area, you may end up finding your next business partner. We've seen members partner up on deals just to help each other out. The sales training and the programs are great, but the real value is in who you know.

Unfortunately, we cannot control how many deals you close. A lot of factors come into play when you're closing wholesale real estate deals. Your closing rate will be determined by a number of different factors. For example, you may need to work on your sales process. You may have poor leads in your pipeline. You may need to improve your follow up process. You may not be fully committed to wholesale real estate. Any number of things can determine how many deals you close. Inside Blueprint, Mike has structured the programs and coaching calls to provide you with the tools you'll need, but the work is up to you. If you don't want to learn, work hard, and improve yourself, you'll never close more deals. The ball's in your court. You control how many deals you want to close.
